What discussions on what dates involving which members and officers of LFEPA have taken place with Lloyds bank concerning AssetCo, AB and A Ltd, and the vehicle fleet since 1/5/12?
Answer
The following three meetings have taken place with LFEPA officers and Lloyds Bank since 1 May 2012.
20th July 2012 – This was attended by the Director of Finance and Contractual Services (LFB), the Head of Procurement (LFB), Deputy Head of Procurement (LFB), Senior Solicitor (LFB) and representatives from Lloyds TSB. This meeting was prior to the sale of AssetCo London Ltd and AssetCo Emergency Ltd to AB & A Investments Ltd. The meeting was to discuss the contractual remedies that the Authority is pursuing to address the current poor performance under the contract.
17th August 2012 – This was attended by the Director of Finance and Contractual Services (LFB), Head of Procurement(LFB), Senior Solicitor (LFB) and a representative from Lloyds TSB. This meeting was to discuss the sale of AssetCo London Ltd and AssetCo Emergency Ltd to AB & A Investments Limited.
21st August 2012 – This was attended by the Director of Finance and Contractual Services (LFB), Deputy Head of Procurement (LFB), Senior Solicitor (LFB) and representatives from Lloyds TSB. The meeting was to further discuss the contractual remedies that the Authority is pursuing to address the current poor performance under the contract.
6th September 2012 – This was attended by the Director of Finance and Contractual Services (LFB), Head of Procurement (LFB), Deputy Head of Procurement (LFB) Senior Solicitor (LFB) and representatives from Lloyds TSB. The meeting was also to further discuss the contractual remedies that the Authority is pursuing to address the current poor performance under the contract.
In addition to these meetings, there have been a number of telephone conversations between Brigade officers and Lloyds Bank to discuss AssetCo’s financial situation.
