We can confirm that the current operator has been penalised for the performance of this route. We will continue to work closely with them to improve the management of the route regarding roadworks and other disruptions.
Route 384: Alston Road, High Barnet
Our Operations Manager instructed the team of Traffic Controllers to increase patrols of the area. they have also raised concerns that drivers are speeding to the operator, Metroline. Please can you ask residents to report details of drivers they think are speeding to our Customer Services team. Details like registration plate, date and time help us identify particular offenders.
C11
Following our discussion about the reduction in frequency on the C11, I can confirm that in line with our forecasting, the number of trips has fallen by around 1,000 per day.
Route 125
The consultation report should be issued later this month.
Finchley Memorial
I am sorry that there is not enough demand for a bus service for Finchley Memorial at the moment, but we will continue to monitor the situation closely.
