Tube noise meeting with Sadiq Khan and TfL

This week I attended a meetign with TfL and the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan with other Assembly members and local residents who had suffered tube noise that was not being satisfactorily resolved by TfL.

I thought it would be helpful to note the agreed action points by TfL:

  1. TfL to prepare action plan to share directly with each resident. This should set out the next steps and a timeline for each action.
  1. TfL to share with AMs a timeline on how complaints are handled in general. This should set out the intended time periods for contacting a resident, arranging a site investigation and when residents can expect an action plan.
  1. TfL to share with AMs the current approach to triaging complaints and review the thresholds regarding the number of complaints required to trigger action
