Veolia’s unacceptable response to my letter
Two weeks ago i wrote to the Chief Executive of Veolia Water about his companies refusal to drop the current hosepipe ban, despite much rainfall and his competitors lowering of their bans.
If Veolia are unable to respond to demand as their competitors, are they really serving their customers in the best possible way?
