The Conservatives’ Housing Bill will be devastating for London. I called on Boris Johnson to vote against the Housing Bill, to no avail. Starter Homes, the Conservative Government’s policy, will have serious consequences for both boroughs and will mean most local people will be further priced out of the housing market.
